In 2019 I founded Resident Real Estate, a boutique Scottsdale brokerage built on personal service and marketing that went well beyond the MLS. When The Agency acquired Resident, I joined as a Partner, and today I lead Wolfe Luxury Real Estate at The Agency Scottsdale.
I hold a Master of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University, so I look at homes the way a developer does: zoning, construction quality, and what a property could become. I'm also a lifelong car guy, which is why I pay more attention to garages than most agents.
